Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used products.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Products without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Request a Return: Email us at support@imcoenterprise.com or call (786) 250-5064 to start your return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions once your request is approved.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item with all original packaging and documentation. Write the RMA number on the package and send it to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Inspection and Refund: We will inspect the returned item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
