2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, factors such as weather conditions, high order volumes, and carrier delays can affect delivery schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping methods. Some products may not be eligible for shipping to P.O. Boxes.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard shipping estimates.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Restricted Items: Certain items may have shipping restrictions or require special handling. These restrictions will be noted on the product page or during checkout if applicable.

6. Shipping Errors and Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
